Elena has been the head of Softline Venture Partners corporate fund since 2008. In 2014, under Elena’s leadership, she also launched a joint fund with RVC Seed Fund, which finances seed-stage technology projects. Investment professional with many years of experience in M&A. Member of the Presidium of the Management Board of Opora Russia and Head of the Information Technology Committee of Opora Russia. He is a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. Winner of Venture Awards 2013 in the category Venture Lady of the Year.
Elena Volotovskaya graduated with honors from the Department of World Economy of the State University of Management. In 2006 she became Candidate of Sciences (Ph.D.) in Economics and continued her education in California State University (East Coast), receiving MBA degree in 2008.
Dmitry works in SVP fund since 2012. He is a member of the Fund’s Investment Committee and is responsible for the search, selection, due diligence and support of portfolio companies, as well as for the Fund’s relations with development institutions.
Prior to joining Softline, Dmitry was a successful risk manager at TNK-BP, one of the largest oil and gas companies in Russia, and also worked for the government. He holds a law degree.
Maria holds two graduate degrees in management and in accounting and auditing.
She joined the fund's team in May 2012. She is responsible for financial support of transactions, as well as financial and tax administration of portfolio companies.
Supervises legal support of investment projects. He has considerable experience in international corporate transactions. Prior to joining the fund, he was a senior lawyer at UFG Asset Management, worked in the legal department of Sberbank CIB and the investment division of RUSNANO.
He has extensive experience in legal support of businesses at all stages of their growth, starting with a start-up. He supervises legal support of investment projects and corporate transactions. Ivan holds degrees in law and higher education in state and municipal management.
Part of Softline Venture Partners since 2018. Creates a working environment for the fund's employees in the office and monitors the effectiveness of communication within the team.
